With Bart's PE Builder you can build a bootable Windows CD-Rom to start a computer that doesn’t have other operative system.

Apart from creating a Windows preinstallation environment, the program enables you to incorporate the folders and files you want to the CD, so that when you use it you can also have at your disposal some useful applications.

Once you start the CD, you will find a graphic user interface (GUI) from which you can work with the NTFS, FAT and CDFS file systems, network operations and any Windows-based software.

Bart's PE Builder is an excellent alternative for DOS bootdisks that have carried out this function up to these days.
