Great utility to create tones and backgrounds for mobile phones from an existing file. Create Ringtone converts and edits songs to get them adapted to the format compatible with mobile phones, it supports Mp3; Windows Media Audio; WAV and OGG. For the edition process you have to follow the wizard and include any sound (even your voice if you have the necessary means to do it).
The background creation process is the same used in the previous one, you select the image in jpg, png, bmp, emf or WMF and Create Ringtone will optimize them for your mobile. The size of files created this way will be relatively small, so you will not need to erase the content.
