MeGUI is a small but useful program, it is a comprehensive guide based on most of the ISO MPEG-4 solutions
MeGUI has support for MPEG-4 ASP –XviD and libavcodec MPEG4- using Mencoder, MPEG-4 AVC using x264.exe or Mencoder, -HE-AAC audio using BeSweet, coder Nero AAC and MP4 muxing using MP4box.
You will be able to expand the main window, group work may be moved at the beginning and end of the cue, it allows for vid quantifiers that are not complete.
