Picture Collage Maker is a tool to create collage to be used for the creation of nice works.

You may select your favourite drawing, accommodate multiple photos and images for a sheet and then apply the operations over them, such as rotation, size, change of position, frames, mask effects and photo mix.

Picture Collage Maker includes two different programs: Picture Collage Maker and Wallpaper Slideshow. It supports popular formats such as PNG, BMP, TIF, JPG, GIF y TGA. This tool is fairly easy to use and you may make beautiful creations in just a few minutes.
