With SopCast you can tune TV channels from the Web although it does not offer you a wide variety.
The advantage of this program is its ability to transmit videos in WMV and ASF from your own PC, releasing all the content you wish to the Internet.
This system has Peer2Peer characteristics to make the content distribution easier among several users who have tuned the same channel.
