WebCam Monitor is a program that can turn your computer and webcam into a surveillance system for covering any area while you are not at home.
WebCam Monitor offers various action modes: video capture (and sound capture if you have a microphone), screen alerts and stream images can be sent to your e-mail account.
Since it detects movement and sound, the application can be deactivated till something happens in the monitored area. Once it is working, the already mentioned modes that you have set will be run.
WebCam Monitor supports up to four cameras and microphones at the same time, having scheduling options to record during a set time period or to broadcast the video flow in real time.
