Windows Mail Backup is a solid program that can create backups of different elements of your e-mail, such as sent-received messages; configuration of antispam filter; contact list; calendar notes and much more.
Everything will be stored in a simple backup file that you can recover very easily. As regards the process of backup creation, a step-by-step wizard will summarize the whole task in a few mouse clicks.
Other options enable you to compress the backup file to reduce its size, upload it to a FTP sever, burn it to a CD/DVD and protect it through a password in such a way that only you can have access to it.
It is also worth mentioning the integrated scheduler that will create backups of your e-mail at the date and time you have previously defined.
- Limitations of the trial version:**
You have 20 days to evaluate the program. You won’t be able to compress the backup file or to protect it with a password.
