  • VanBasco Karaoke Player Installation and Use Manual


  • When starting the software installation, the user will find the following interface:

  • Here you can select the language to install the player, once you have done that, you should click “Next”:

  • The following screen gives a little introduction of Van Basco’s Karaoke Player. Click “Next”, to continue.

  • As all programs, the placer has license agreements that should be shown to its users. In this window you will find the agreements to follow, to continue you should click “Accept” (2), in case you wish to read the terms carefully, you can do it from the right side bar (1).

  • Here you can select the destination folder of the utility. In the first box you can see the predetermined destination folder (1), in number 2 “Browse” you can change that folder (2) and in number 3 you can set shortcuts (3). To continue, click “Next” again (4).

  • A step forward, you will find the formats which the software will reproduce, there you can add and/or remove as you wish (1). There is also another very important function related to Internet and MIDI format (2). To continue the installation, click “Next” (3).

  • As the last installation interface, you can find a brief detailed report of all steps you have follow to complete installation. To start, click on “Finish”.

Unlike many other applications, this one does not have an interface that shows de installation process, so you automatically will see Van Basco’s Karaoke Player interface.

  • Before visualizing the software, a little help screen will show up every time you start the program, unless you deselect that option (1). To finally entering the player, you should select “Next” (2):

  • The main player screen will look as follows:

  • As you can see, there are different complements that we will analyze below.


  • Firstly, there is the player. Inside it you can see the same basic functions as any other one. You can determine de volume, playing system, open files from the browser, etc.

  • Secondly, you can see a file list to be played, here you can add and remove all the files you wish to enjoy, allowing changes you think to be necessary.

  • Thirdly, you can see which instruments are played in each song. If the user wishes, he or she can block some of them and hear only one of them.

  • Fourthly, you can see a little window which allows modifying songs tone and tempo easily.

  • Lastly, the user will see a light blue screen. Here you will see songs which are being played.
